I am a Psychotherapist (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) practicing in the state of Maryland, USA. Through my decade of experience in the mental health field, I have developed my craft of connecting and progressing with young adults and adults working through bipolar, anxieties, self-image and self-harm, mood, and relationship/couples experiences, and more.
As an eclectic counselor, I integrate elements from Person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as utilizing Emotionally-focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I believe that together, insight into one’s mental health can be fostered through learning, and healthy change can be realized through guidance.
Clients can discover that I see every person I work with as a unique, resilient individual and someone I may get to know and grow with. They can learn that simply being present, actively listening, and earning trust is vital to utilizing techniques during the therapy process.
